Longsight Family Hub – Supporting Families, Strengthening Communities

We bring together services for children of all ages (0-19) or up to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our Hub provides seamless provision and a wide variety of services for all families in our community.

At the heart of Longsight, our Family Hub is a welcoming space where families, parents, carers, and children can access the right support at the right time. We bring together services, guidance, and activities under one roof to help every child get the best start in life and every parent feel empowered and confident.

The Longsight Family Hub offers a range of services including parenting support, early years activities, health and wellbeing sessions, and advice on education, employment, and family life. We work closely with schools, health visitors, community groups, and local organisations to ensure families are connected to the help they need — from pregnancy through to the teenage years (up to 19 years or 25 years for those with SEND)
