The children have high levels of confidence and are eager to explore the extensive learning environment.
Longsight Nursery
Longsight Nursery gives children aged 6 months to 5 years a safe space to learn through imagination, creativity and play.
By sharing the same building as Longsight Community Primary School and Longsight Family Hub, many children who come to our nursery make the short journey to primary school – knowing that they’ll already feel comfortable and see many familiar faces when they make that step!
Our nursery has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. Our curriculum has a strong focus on understanding the world and is built around child initiated, play-based learning. You can read the full report here.
We offer free funded places 15 hours for children aged 9 months – 4 years old, as well as 30 hours for eligible working parents. We also offer wraparound private sessions 51 weeks a year.
